Josep-Maria Arauzo-Carod, , Professor of Economics at the Rovira i Virgili University (URV), Chair of the Research Center on Economics and Sustainability (ECO-SOS), and Vice-chair of the Research Institute on Sustainability, Climate Change and Energy Transition (IU-RESCAT). He is Chair of the International Network of Economic Research (INFER), member of the Board of the Council of the Catalan Competition Commission (ACCO), member of the Research Council of Le Studium (Le Studium) and Fellow at the MSH Val de Loire (MSHVdL) and at the Institutd’Economia de Barcelona (IEB).

Eugen Rădulescu (to be confirmed), Director and Counselor of the National Bank Governor since 1990 till present, with some exceptions when he played other important roles such as president of Banque Agricole/Raifeissen(1999-2002) and CEC (2005-2007), Counselor of the executive director of International Monetary Fund (1996-1998). As a consultant at IMF he had missions in Afganistan, Maldive, Tunisia, Mauritania, Gabon.
