Starting with October 5, 2020, students from 2nd and 3rd year of study, bachelor's degree, and from 2nd year of study, master's degree, can apply on a scheduled basis, at the faculty secretariat in order to sign the student card and the student card for discount / free transportation.

Starting with October 15, 2020, the students of the 1st year, who submitted the file with documents, can present on the basis of appointment to pick up the student card and the student card for discount / free transportation, from the Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

Candidates admitted in the 1st year (2020-2021) with tuition fee, will submit the personal file with the original documents starting with October 15, 2020, between 09-12, at the Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (str. Teodor Mihali, no. 58-60, Cluj-Napoca). The content of the file is detailed in the document below.

The files of the candidates admitted to the first cycle of studies (bachelor level) will include the following documents:
• Original baccalaureate diploma;
• Original high school transcript of records;
• Identity card in plain copy;
• Original medical certificate;
• 3 photos (identity card format (3/4));
• 2 university study contracts, completed and signed, in original;
• Annex 1 - Registration form (which you downloaded at the end of Stage 1);
• Appendix 2 - Options sheet (which you downloaded at the end of Stage 1);
• Motivational essay;
• Envelope file (name and surname are written in block letters on the file).

The files of the candidates admitted to the second cycle of studies (master level) will include the following documents:
• Bachelor's degree / License certificate
• Supplement to the bachelor's degree diploma / transcript or equivalent (graduates of the 2019-2020 promotion of Babeș-Bolyai University)
• Baccalaureate diploma in original;
• High school transcript in original; of language proficiency in copy and original (conformity to the secretariat will be made);
• Certificate of birth in copy and original (conformity to the secretariat will be made) or notarized copy;
• Original medical certificate;
• 3 photos (identity card format (3/4));
• 2 university study contracts, completed and signed, in original;
• Appendix 1 -Registration form (which you downloaded at the end of Stage 1);
• Essay or research project (where applicable);

Romanian ethnics and foreign students can bring the files until the beginning of the exam session.
