To enhance its international students’ experience, UBB-FSEGA is planning a variety of engaging activities that are exclusively available to foreign students, free of charge.

The first events of the current academic year are briefly described below:

Coffee with the Dean & My Global Village

6 December 2023, 15:30 - 19:00 (Room 118, FSEGA Campus)

This event will give international students the opportunity to introduce their country to other students and also the customs and traditions specific to their culture. The event will be preceded by a meeting with the Dean of UBB-FSEGA, Assoc. prof. Răzvan Mustață. After the presentations, foreign students are invited to a free networking dinner to build valuable connections with other students and professors from the UBB-FSEGA community.

International Winter School

8 - 12 January 2024 (FSEGA Campus)

This is the first international winter school organised by the UBB-FSEGA, in cooperation with the Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences from Germany. Courses will be held by Professor Jan Millemann on the topic of Major Consumer Innovation Goods with Emphasis on Multi-Sense Marketing. During the entire winter school, free lunch will be offered to all participants and free access to various social activities.

Discover Romania

11 January 2024, 9:00 - 15:00

This is a great opportunity for foreign students to take a break from their studies and enjoy, for free, the beautiful Salt Mine in Turda. After the guided visit of the Salt Mine, they are invited to have free lunch at Sarea’n Bucate Restaurant.
