THE CONFERENCE
The 9th edition of the International Conference Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society will bring together academics, business leaders, and professionals to share their innovative ideas, strategies and research results in management. The event aims to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted by organisations.
The conference will have three sections: one in Romanian, two in English and one in German. Nevertheless, each presentation may be held either in the section language or in English. The papers submitted should be in English.
Conference Proceedings
Every paper submitted to the MCCS 2016 conference will be blind peer reviewed by national and international reviewers. Accepted papers will be published in the MCCS journal. Accepted papers will be published in the journal Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society (volume with ISSN). The previous volumes of the journal have been indexed in international data bases (CEEOL, Proquest, Ebsco, Idex Copernicus, REPEC).

The conference will be held in Cluj Napoca, at Babes-Bolyai University, which is the oldest and the most comprehensive institution of higher education in Romania. Its mission and policies are focused towards the further development of multiculturalism and the University's integration into the international education system. The main location will be at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, first floor, room 118A.
