About MCCS, 7-8th of June 2019
THE CONFERENCE 
The 12th edition of the International Conference  Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society (MCCS) will bring together academics, business leaders, and professionals to share their innovative ideas, strategies, and research results in management. The event aims to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted by organizations.   
MCCS aims to provide a forum for the dissemination of academic research, teaching cases, and learning innovations. The conference will have three sections: one in English, one in German and one in Romanian. On 8th of 2019, a workshop will take place. The workshop will be attended by experts and leaders from representative companies, who will share insight of their experiences, challenges and recommended managerial practices in accordance with market trends. 
Conference Proceedings  
Every paper submitted to the MCCS 2019 conference will be blind peer reviewed by national and international reviewers. Accepted papers will be published in the MCCS journal. Accepted papers will be published in the journal Managerial Challenges of the Contemporary Society (volume with ISSN). The previous volumes of the journal have been indexed in international data bases (CEEOL, Proquest, Ebsco, Idex Copernicus, REPEC, Cabells).
