SUBMISSION

• Submission procedure comprise the following steps:
  • 1^st Step: Paper submission (preferably full papers), until September 15, 2009;
  • 2^nd Step: The acceptance announcement of selected papers, until September 25, 2009;
  • 3^rd Step: Final paper submission, before November 1, 2009.
• There are no particular paper and abstract requirements.
