Registration procedure

In order to register for attending the AAC 2011 Convention we kindly ask you to send a confirmation e-mail on the address r.v.mustata@gmail.com and the following documents as attachments:

final form of your paper
the filled registration form
the payment proof (scanned)

Please mention as e-mail subject: AAC 2011 Convention Registration.

Please follow the below instructions when paying the convention fee.

Please ask your bank to specify that the payment is directed to "Babes-Bolyai University / AAC 2011".

The registration form will be available soon.

The convention fee is of EURO 100 per participant and includes participation to all the events being hosted, convention bag and materials, coffee breaks and gala dinner. Doctoral students will benefit of a special convention fee of EURO 50.

Paper submission: August 20, 2011
Notification of paper acceptance / rejection: September 5, 2011
Registration for attending the convention: September 10, 2011

One of the authors of a paper must have completed the registration procedure in order for it to be included within the conference proceedings and considered for publication within the convention's associated journals.

Registration procedure

Authors of accepted papers will be required to revise their paper in accordance to the reviewer's comments and resubmit the final form of their paper.
