Registration fee is 75 EUR (foreign participants) and 200 RON (for Romanian participants).

Accommodation should be arranged by the conference participants. Accommodation cost is not included in the conference fee. Payment for the accommodation should be made at the hotel.

There is no conference fee for the students presenting posters.
