GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS

• The conference language is English. All participants are expected to contribute with original papers, not submitted for publication elsewhere. The papers presented at the conference can contribute to the section papers, as well as posters.
• It is required for all participants to send the abstract of the paper (English), typed in 12 pt Times New Roman font) by e-mail to one of the two contact persons. The scientific committee will select the papers on the basis of the abstracts. Only selected papers will be presented and published in the conference proceedings.
• Paper presentation
  For the paper presentations during the conference there are going to be two sections (English and Romanian), for both the participants willing to present in English and/or in Romanian.
  Length of the papers: the papers should be about 4-6 pages and respect the conference format.

New: Students Poster Session: students will submit an extended abstract of the poster, before April 30st, 2012.

We are pleased to announce that the 2011 conference volume has been accepted to be indexed in CEEOL, an international database. It has also been submitted to other international databeses.
