Workshop description
This two-day seminar provides a profound introduction to PLS path modeling. Participants will learn how to apply PLS path modeling by means of SmartPLS 3 and ADANCO 1.1. The instructor will make use of several empirical examples and exercises.
This seminar covers the fundamental issues in PLS path modeling:
• Structural equation modeling basics,
• Creating valid PLS path models,
• Assessment of measurement models in terms of reliability and validity,
• Assessment and interpretation of structural model results,
• Significance tests using the bootstrap,
• Reporting the outcomes of PLS path modeling analyses.
Participants will receive a 60-days fully functional version of SmartPLS 3 and ADANCO 1.1.
Who should attend?
This seminar is designed for practicing business professionals and for full-time faculty and students who are engaged in, or interested in, current techniques to perform Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using PLS Path Modeling. Knowledge about uni- and bivariate analysis is recommendable. A basic knowledge of SEM techniques is helpful, but not required.
