Fees

• Standard fee:
  • 150 EUR (or the equivalent in RON at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania)
• Reduced fee:
  • 100 EUR (or the equivalent in RON at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania)

The reduced fee is only applicable to:

• master students,
• doctoral students, or
• post-doctoral researchers.

The conference fee is per participant. It gives the right to participate with up to two papers: one as main author, and one as co-author (or both as co-author). The fee includes: one copy of the book of abstracts, conference materials, coffee breaks, conference dinner, and a Guided tour of the beautiful city of Cluj-Napoca and its surroundings.

• The authors who pay a reduced fee as master students, doctoral students or post-doctoral researchers must also send a proof of their status to mid@econ.ubbcluj.ro (alongside with the payment proof).

• The authors who wish to receive an invoice must specify this fact in the email containing the scanned copy of the payment proof.
