Upon completion of this program, students will be prepared for a variety of positions, including
leadership roles, in private and listed companies, public or financial institutions, and not-for-
profit organizations.
Potential jobs may include chartered accountant, financial auditor, assessor, tax consultant,
chartered financial analyst, internal auditor, cost-price analyst, management controller, budget
consultant, accounting inspector, credit administrator, bank officer, censor, liquidator, financial
guard commissioner, financial banking consultant, financial accounting specialist, business
management consultant, database administrator, IT consultant in financial reporting,
programmer analyst, etc.
Gaining an international certification offers graduates the opportunity to enjoy better job
prospects, as companies that employ economists holding CIMA or ACCA certifications are
usually multinational companies.
In addition, students enrolled in the program can study for one semester at prestigious
universities outside Romania, within the framework of the various Erasmus or other inter-
institutional agreements of UBB-FSEGA, which allow student exchanges or international
internship programs.
