Deadlines

  • Extended abstract submission deadline
    • 1 March 2024 Extended to 10 March 2024

  • Acceptance decision
    • Normally, 2-3 weeks after submission, but no later than 17 March 2024

  • Conference fees
    • Early bird: 120 EUR paid by 8 March 2024 Extended to 18 March 2024
    • Standard: 150 EUR paid by 1 April 2024

  • A 50% discount will be applicable to all PhD students

  • The fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, and gala dinner. The fee is per participant (a participant can attend with several accepted extended abstracts).

Registration

Registration involves the conference fee payment, which needs to be done online at

After the payment, the participant needs to send an email to mid@econ.ubbcluj.ro with the payment proof (e.g., payment confirmation email printed as PDF), along with a PhD status proof, if applicable (a formal certificate from the doctoral school, a university weblink clearly stating the PhD status etc.). The participant will afterwards be contacted to settle the invoicing information.
