INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

This is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), referred to herein as "writer", and Universitatea "Babes-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca - Facultatea de Stiinte Economice si Gestiunea Afacerilor, referred to herein as "publisher". The electronically manuscript submission indicates the writer acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Publishing Agreement referred to herein as "PA" and that this agreement is equivalent to a written agreement signed by both parties. By submitting the work or performing a similar electronic function, the writer is providing his acceptance for the terms of this agreement. This agreement is enforceable against the writer and any legal entity that inherits the writer.

1.The writer agrees to transfer the copyrigths of the electronically submited work, as defined by Art. 13 of Law no. 8 / 1996, to the publisher.

2.Assignment is not to be consider exclusive for the publisher, and the writer retains the right of other future assignments. Future assignments have no effect in terms of this assignment.

3.Assignment is free, the writer and his heirs waiving any remuneration and all current or future claims.

4.The writer certifies the work is absolutely original and liability in case of complaints or legal action is to be his exclusively.

5.The writer may not assign any of his rights or obligations under PA. Any transfer without consent is void. The publisher may assign its rights and obligations without the writer's consent.

6.The publisher may modify PA by posting an updated copy of the agreement on the website.

7.The laws of Romania and Europen Union govern the interpretation, construction, and enforcement of PA and all proceedings arising out of it, including claims.


If you do not agree to the terms of PA, please do not proceed with the submission.


Instructions for authors:

Prerequisites for the papers to be considered for publication:

1. Papers must be written in English, French or German.

2. The paper will not exceed 20 pages, including references and annexes.

3. The paper must be in Word format, B5, margins: top/bottom/left/right: 20 mm, font: Times New Roman, single spacing.

4. Use bold caps for the title. The title should have no more than 110 characters (spaces included).

5. The author(s) affiliation and e-mail(s) must be specified.

6. The abstract should have no more than 150 words (or about 10 lines) and should summarize the main findings, how they were obtained and the importance of the results.

7. Key words (not Keywords): between 4 and 6, others than those in the title.

8. JEL Classification: if needed, see http://www.aeaweb.org/jel/jel_class_system.php 9. References:
• for in-text citation, use the following layout if you are quoting: (Author, Date, Page) e.g. (Hades, 2006, pp.32-33). If you are paraphrasing, use: (Author, Date) e.g. (Hades, 2006) or (Pindyck and Rubinfeld, 2007, pp.326) or (Brooks et al., 1998); • at the end of the manuscript, the references should be arranged alphabetically by surname of the first author.

10. Quotations must be kept to a minimum. The authors must have the permission from the publisher, for every quotation that exceeds 250 words.

11. Use italics caps (not bold) for emphasis.

12. Figures should have a minimum of 1200 dpi resolution and should allow editing. Both figures and tables must have a title and a source.
