We invite UBB-FSEGA teaching staff, researchers and PhD students to attend the workshop on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in R: Intro to R and SEM, delivered by Nicholas Danks, Associate Professor of Business Analytics at Trinity College Dublin.
Nicholas’ research focuses on structural equation modeling, partial least squares path modeling, predictive methodology, and programming. Nicholas is a co-author and the primary maintainer of SEMinR, an open-source package for the R Statistical Environment for the estimation and evaluation of PLS path models. He publishes in journals such as Management Science, Human Resource Management Journal, Decision Science, and Journal of Business Research. To find out more about him and read some of his published papers check his Research Gate or Google Scholar profile.

Prerequisites
UBB-FSEGA teaching staff, researchers and PhD students need to register using the
FSEGA Online platform by
Monday, 12 June 2023
Please do put several hours aside before the workshop in order to achieve the following:
1. Install R for your computer:
https://www.datacamp.com/tutorial/installing-R-windows-mac-ubuntu
2. Install R Studio for your computer:
https://rstudio-education.github.io/hopr/starting.html
3. Install swirl in R:
