About the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FSEGA)
Considering its position in the most important university worldwide rankings by subject, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FSEGA) of the Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB) in Cluj-Napoca (Transylvania, Romania) is the best Romanian higher education institution in Business & Economics.
FSEGA has been part of UBB since 1961, after being established as an independent institution in 1920. Thus, the Romanian economic higher education in Transylvania has a history of more than 100 years.
Today FSEGA is the largest faculty of UBB and of any Romanian university, about 9,300 students being enrolled in its Bachelor, Master or PhD programs in the 2021-2022 academic year.
Since 2021, FSEGA is the first (and only) faculty in Romania to be a full member of European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the largest global network of organizations in the field of management development and business administration.
