The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, gala dinner, excursion and social program.

The fee is per participant (a participant can attend with up to two extended abstracts).

After payment, delegates need to send an email to mid@econ.ubbcluj.ro including:

✓ the payment proof (e.g., payment confirmation email printed as PDF)

✓ invoicing data (if an invoice is required)

✓ a student status proof, if applicable (e.g., certificate from the doctoral school, university weblink clearly stating the status etc.).
