UBB-FSEGA organizes, between October 8-22, 2021, the selection process of students for Erasmus mobilities that will be carried out in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2021-2022.

Eligibility to apply for the selection process:

✓ FSEGA students enrolled in Bachelor programs (2nd and 3rd year);
✓ FSEGA students enrolled in Master programs;
✓ PhD students enrolled at the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration.

The calendar of the selection process is as follows:

✓ October 8-17: sending the applications by the students, in electronic format, via e-mail to international@econ.ubbcluj.ro (no later than October 17, 20:00);
✓ October 15, 10:00: counseling session for potential candidates (participation will be via the Zoom platform, at https://econ-ubbcluj-ro.zoom.us/j/6356517007);
✓ October 19: communication of the selection interviews schedule (as an update to the current announcement);
✓ October 20: selection interviews, online, via the Zoom platform, at https://econ-ubbcluj-ro.zoom.us/j/6356517007;
✓ October 20: communication of the results of the selection process (as an update to the current announcement);
✓ October 21: sending the appeals by the students, if any, in electronic format, via e-mail to international@econ.ubbcluj.ro (no later than 16:00);
✓ October 22: communication of the final results of the selection process, after appeals (as an update to the current announcement).

The applications , sent by e-mail to international@econ.ubbcluj.ro, will include the following documents:

✓ Standard application form, filled in, dated and signed, in the form of a PDF document named Surname_Firstname_Fisa
✓ Standard statement form, filled in, dated and signed, in the form of a PDF document named Surname_Firstname_Declaratie;
✓ Curriculum Vitae, in the study language or in English, dated and signed, in the form of a PDF document named Surname_Firstname_CV;
✓ Letter of motivation, in the study language or in English, dated and signed, in the form of a PDF document named Surname_Firstname_Scrisoare;
✓ Certificate from the secretarial office, showing the average grades of the most recent completed year of study, scanned, in the form of a PDF document named Surname_Firstname_Adeverinta; for 1st year students the document should certify the admission average grade.
✓ Certificate/attestation of language proficiency in the language in which you will study in the mobility, scanned, in the form of a PDF document named Surname_Firstname_Certificat, or a self-declaration by which the student agrees to take the online language test (OLS) provided by the Center for International Cooperation after the selection process, dated and signed, saved as a PDF document named as: Surname_Firstname_Declaratie_Certificat

The evaluation criteria of the applicants will be the following:

✓ application: 30%
✓ interview: 40%;
✓ average grades for the most recent completed year of study: 30%.
