The most recent edition (2023) of the prestigious QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) international rankings in the fields of Business & Management has positioned UBB-FSEGA on a remarkable global scale. This achievement solidifies UBB's status as the leading Romanian university in these domains.

In the newly released QS hierarchy, UBB-FSEGA stands out for its excellent performance in Social Sciences & Management, securing an impressive 368th place out of a total of 1594 higher education institutions evaluated by QS based on rigorous quality standards. The only other Romanian university to make it to this edition of the rankings is the University of Bucharest, securing a position between 451-500.

UBB-FSEGA continues its outstanding presence in the specific fields of economic sciences. In the QS ranking for Business & Management Studies, UBB-FSEGA proudly claims the 401-450th position, establishing itself as the undisputed leader among Romanian universities in this category. The only other Romanian institution to feature in this ranking is the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), positioned between 501-550.

Moreover, UBB-FSEGA and ASE are the sole Romanian universities to be listed in the 2023 QS ranking for Economics & Econometrics, securing positions between 451-500 and 401-450, respectively.
